Seville’s weather is characterized by permanent sunshine and no rain between June and September. You won’t need more than a t-shirt at any time of day during summer here. Average daily temperatures are 23-27C between June and September, making great weather for going to the beach. Daily highs of over 30C are a regular feature of summer in Seville. Be aware too that it can sometimes get extremely hot in Seville: in fact, the city holds the record for the highest temperature ever recorded in Europe back in 1881, when it hit 50C!

The least recommended times to visit Seville are between October and December and in March, when the city gets most of its rain. Winters, however, are very mild here in general, with temperatures rarely breaking freezing point. Even in January, the daily average is over 10C. Because of this great Seville weather, most houses in the city do not even have heating systems!
